Conversations about money should start early in students’ lives, so by the time they are faced with spending decisions, they are already prepared.

This workshop by the Canadian Foundation for Economic Education is designed to cover a variety of resources that Elementary school teachers can use to cover financial literacy topics in a way that is appropriate and engaging for their students. Participants will learn about topics that are important to consider, and ways that they can naturally address them alongside existing course content.

The workshop will last 1.5 hours, with 30 minutes at the end set aside to answer YOUR questions about financial literacy and it’s role in students’ lives.
