True learning is about more than sharing knowledge, it requires active engagement and participation from the learner. Financial Literacy is no exception.

This workshop by the Canadian Foundation for Economic Education is designed to cover a variety of strategies, resources, and activities that can be used in the classroom to engage students as they learn about the essential concepts of money and decision-making. From examples designed to inspire, to full-class activities, participants will leave with an array of tools they can put to work right away.

The workshop will last 1.5 hours, with 30 minutes at the end set aside to answer YOUR questions about financial literacy and it’s role in students’ lives.
