Chad Izatt
CFEE06.08.26
Chad has been part of the CFEE team since 2020, bringing a hands-on understanding of the organization built through roles spanning workshop facilitation, program coordination, marketing, and digital media. In his current role as Vice-President, Chad oversees operations and leads strategic partnerships with funders and community-serving organizations across Canada. Chad has been a driving force behind several of CFEE’s flagship programs. He led the growth and expansion of the Help! Managing Your Money on Campus program into one of CFEE’s signature program series, and has played an integral role in the development and delivery of Indigenous Peoples’ Money and Youth, the Seniors’ Financial Coffee Clubs, the Summer Side Hustle Entrepreneurship Challenge, and the Building Futures programs in Manitoba, Ontario, and Saskatchewan. A graduate of Laurentian University with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Chad also spent time as a business professor at St. Lawrence College — an experience that deepened his belief in the power of practical, accessible education. For Chad, financial literacy isn’t just about money — it’s about opening doors. When people build financial knowledge and confidence, it ripples outward into every area of their lives, shaping their opportunities, their choices, and their futures.
