The Canadian Foundation for Economic Education (CFEE) and School District 83 of North Okanagan-Shuswap have partnered to host a workshop for parents, which will examine resources and strategies to help youth prepare for their financial futures.
Kevin Maynard, VP and COO of the Canadian Foundation for Economic Education will facilitate a 2 hour workshop and live Q&A around financial literacy for youth, and how parents can play a crucial role in preparing their children for the future. He will also demonstrate some of the FREE resources available through CFEE that parents can use to aid in this process, such as Money and Youth, Talk With Our Kids About Money, and FinLit 101.
